Wow! What friendly, Helpfull Staff at this Barton dealership. They take time to address any and all questions. Will take time to make sure you are getting the car or truck you want. Go totally out of the way to do little things like even wash your car when I just came in to get floor mats. I have had a Jeep since 1995 and got a new 2014. Wonderfull car so quiet and easy to handle. Love my Jeep and wouldn't take it anywhere else for service.

I purchased my first new car from Barton in 1979, A red Cutless Supreme. Next was the 2001 Town and Country Limited van. I just finished purchasing a new 2013 Jeep Compass for my daughter for her college graduationand as a wedding gift. Barton had the vehicle she wanted and she just loves it! Jeff Poage helped us choose the car and made picking it up a breeze. My daughter had been driving a 1989 Dodge Spirit that was passed down to her from her grandmother. She drove that car all through high school and college. She had a sentimental attatchment to it and Jeff made sure that her rear view mirror paraphanalia was in the new car when she arrived to pick it up. I am so grateful to have such wonderful an thoughtful group of professionals to work with. I'd say once you have had the Barton experience..how could you go anywhere else! I was referred to Barton by USAA car buying assistance. The process was easy and I got just what I wanted at the price USAA said I should get. I love the Durango and its safety features and I am getting 19 mpg city driving if I keep my foot out of it. The first day I got a passerby commenting on the great looks of the car. Barton has always been my go to for all my car purchases and trade ins. I have always been happy, treated like a VIP and drove away with just what I wanted. This time multipy that by a million! The new store on the North Side is amazing. From the moment you walk in the door you feel the good energy, everyone (customers, sales, finance) is smiling! You can tell the whole Barton team are working together, helping each other and making sure each customer is taken care of in a friendly and timely manor. I decided I wanted to drive a Fiat so I was personally escorted to the Barton Fiat store downtown by the General Manager himself, introduced to the Sales Manager at Fiat and was off and runnning. The car was waiting, the smiles and good energy was in that store I drove my new beautiful Fiat off the lot and home over the pass to Seattle. Now, it says alot for a dealership that I would travel from Seattle to Spokane to buy a car, but that is how much I trust Barton Auto Group and the people behind it!
